It feels like the bubble tea era is still going on really strong. Just this week, we have dropped eight bubble tea shops that you will need to try at SS15, Subang Jaya. Now, we are dropping another article about a bubble tea shop located in Subang Jaya called 2D. But, trust us, this is worth writing, and reading, cause the entire store looks like a surreal comic book scene. You will love it!
Comic Book Scenes In Real Life
If you think you have heard about the concept before, you are probably right. This concept is nothing new as it has been done in many places including Korea. We are just so happy that there is finally one in Malaysia. We don’t need to fly all the way to check out this trippy place! It is now in our backyard, and it serves one of our favourites, bubble tea!
The entire place is black and white, so you will be poppin’ in your photographs. Throughout the cafe, there are different scenes, so be sure to check out all of them before you leave. They are very detailed with Japanese paintings and decorations are drawn on the wall. Their long hallways and rooms will surely get your really confused. This is highly not recommended for elderlies.
You will be happy to know that there is a ball pit filled with white balls! Children will love this! We are not sure about their menu. But, from their Facebook post, we can tell that the packaging design of their drinks is in two dimensions as well. That’s super duper cool. It is going to be a game changer compared to the usual bubble milk tea packaging!

Honestly, this place is such a beauty, it will be hard to say no for a visit. It is going to be one of the places whereby you can have a good time creating different scenes with your friends. Be sure to download applications on your phone that allows you to create bubble speeches for the full effect! Who are you going to 2D with?
