Amelia Christie at Nook, a Ramadan dining experience curated in collaboration with Malaysian actress & leading lifestyle influencer, Amelia Christie. Inspired by KL Sentral’s vibrant energy and beloved buka puasa delicacies, each dish offers a fresh take on traditional flavours, reimagining classic recipes with a modern twist.
The collaboration brings together Amelia Christie’s appreciation for nostalgic buka puasa flavours with the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral’s culinary team’s unique interpretations of these classics. Set within the vibrant atmosphere of Nook, Selera Urban Sentral ft. Amelia Christie invites families, friends and colleagues to celebrate the month of Ramadan with a feast of traditional and modern flavours.
Curated in collaboration with Amelia Christie, this Ramadan buffet special features popular buka puasa delicacies with an urban twist, including Nasi Kerabu Sushi Roll, Kerabu Soba with Seafood, and Nachos served with Tempeh Bolognaise & Tomato Sambal, among others. Enhancing the buka puasa experience, guests can enjoy a live carving station featuring Kambing Bakar Berempah, which can be turned into a Burrito Kambing Bakar, alongside live cooking stations serving Beef Roti John filled with Avocado Salad.
To complement these urban-inspired creations, guests can enjoy an array of Ramadan delights, including Masak Lemak Cili Api Baby Lobster and Briyani Itik Salai, along with an irresistible selection of desserts such as Pistachio Kunafa Cheesecake, Kek Batik Matcha & Banana Pudding.
Adding to the vibrant Ramadan dining experience, Syerot will perform a live violin set, serenading guests with melodic favourites throughout the buffet and creating a vibrant dining experience at Nook.
