SUNWAY CITY KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA; Thursday, 11th September 2025 – Negroni Week has arrived at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at Sunway Resort Hotel, bringing with it a true celebration of one of the world’s most iconic cocktails. From 15th to 30th September 2025, guests are invited to savour a curated cocktail menu inspired by the classic Italian drink, featuring three inventive interpretations crafted with finesse and bold creativity.
Among the highlights is the Barrel-Aged Negroni, bold yet refined with smooth notes of vanilla and wood; Madame Nightflower, a floral and fruity delight that blends lavender and citrus with a silky honeycomb finish; and Bittersweet Symphony, a decadent mix of cacao and vermouth, balanced by the richness and delicate bitterness of chocolate. Each cocktail is priced at RM60.00+ per glass or enjoyed together as a flight of three for RM150.00+.
The celebration reaches its peak on 25th September 2025, from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm, when Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill welcomes Giri Pancha, Campari Brand Ambassador for Malaysia, for an exclusive guest shift to showcase his signature takes on the Negroni. A seasoned professional with more than a decade of bartending and beverage innovation experience, Giri has made his mark in both Malaysia’s hotel and independent bar scene, including a five-year tenure at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
His achievements include managing several acclaimed bars across the city, serving as Beverage Innovator at Monin Asia and clinching the title of Malaysia Champion at the 2019 Campari Bartender Competition before proudly representing the nation in the global finals in Milan, Italy. In 2023, he officially took on his current role with Campari Group, where he continues to share his passion for mixology and elevate the cocktail culture in Malaysia.
