Looking Ahead For This New Movement
As Malaysia’s first-ever inter-university Pickleball tournament, the event was launched to introduce the sport to a younger generation, promote student wellness through physical activity, and establish Pickleball as an accessible, inclusive sport, all while building long-term momentum for a thriving, sustainable campus sports culture.
Encouraged by the positive response and strong participation, Monsta Asia plans to continue expanding the movement through setting up a Sport Club and committee teams called PickleVersity Club to drive the Pickleball movement amongst university college students. With our mission To help students lead the way in building pickleball clubs nationwide with the support, tools, and fun they need to grow together.
“Pickleball isn’t just a game, it’s a movement. At Monsta, we believe in the power of youth to lead the charge, bringing campuses across Malaysia together through passion, play, and community. Our goal is simple: to equip the next generation with the resources, and opportunities to grow the sports.” – Chan Zhi Ee, Founder of Monsta Asia.
