Pinto Thai Rice Pot Serves Authentic “Tiffin” Meals

Pinto in Thai means lunchbox or tiffin, which describes the traditional way of takeaway food in Thailand. Here at Pinto Thai Rice Pot, dishes are cooked the authentic “Pinto” way – no MSG, fresh and tasty. When the Crispy Fish with Spicy Red Coconut Sauce is available – you must try it! The crispy fried boneless fish is coated in a spicy sauce made from coconut milk, palm sugar, chili paste and fish sauce. Another option for spicy lovers is their stir-fried Clams with Roasted Chili Paste made with milk, basil, and their special chili paste. Other dishes include Squid with Sweet Roasted Chili Paste and Pepper Garlic Chicken!

Its sweet and sour sauce is made with tamarind, palm sugar and chillies!
