Oh, how we love games. Well, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea of course but to people who play, you know it’s party time! This is a very much-awaited announcement especially after being inside for so long. You can’t deny that almost everyone has to resort to games at one point. Even WHO says that playing games are a great method to socially connect in isolation. So bored gamers, this article is for you.
Play At Home Initiative
Sony decided that it was prime time to launch this initiative. They give away a few great games for free, encouraging PlayStation owners to lower the spread of COVID-19. Before, Game developers, publishers, and console makers have reacted differently to the pandemic. Even major events and competitions were canceled to ensure that players remain safe inside.
From 15th April to 5th May, players will be able to download Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey for free. These games will remain in their library forever once it was downloaded during this period.
Two Games To Choose From
The Uncharted collection consists of the improved versions of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. Giving players a lot of materials to play with and a lot of mysteries to crack.
Meanwhile, Journey is a wholesome indie game that takes you on a trip through beautiful and breathtaking landscape. Taking the role of a caped humanoid that barely communicates. This game is very charming, so much so that you might feel rejuvenated after finishing the game.

Rejoice and know that you don’t need to be a PS+ member to download these games. Furthermore, Sony’s phrasing suggests that they might release a few more games in the future.
