As a fried folded square looking pancake that usually includes minced beef, chicken, mutton, onion, egg and garlic, served with a side of curry or tomato sauce, head on to the Bazar Ramadan in Kampung Baru to try some out for yourself! It’s deliciousness in every bite!

Marinated with a blend of turmeric, coriander, lemongrass, tamarind, coconut milk and cumin, it is then either grilled or roasted until the marinade caramelises onto the chicken to become a delish Ayam Percik.
