Firstly, for a shop to name themselves with a particular food takes a huge amount of courage. Secondly, perhaps their name is simply a testament to their A-grade toast game. We’ll never know, or maybe we do. Here at A. Toast, you will be drowned with the wide array of unique sandwiches and toasts on their menu. Also, have you ever heard of charcoal toast? We don’t mean the kind baked over a charcoal fire, we literally mean toasts that are charcoal coloured. Surely, the crispiness in this toast knows no bound. If you LOVE chicken floss, you must order the Flossy Style French Toast.

The last spot on our list of all things toast is this humble little cafe in Cheras. While some of us may feel Cheras is a little far, don’t forget that good things require some sort of sacrifice. Over at Wichday Cafe, you won’t just get ordinary french toasts or Shibuya Honey Toasts but you’ll get Matcha Lava Toast. Without a doubt, we’ve all heard and seen and taste lava cakes but how about lava toast? Slice the toast into half and you get warm molten matcha lava oozing out. Truly an irresistible perfection.
