If food and space were a couple, Chocha Foodstore would have a very happy marriage. This cafe serves delicious locally-sourced food and you could say that their space is also locally-made. Luckin Kopi is one of the newest cafes to open their doors to Petaling Street goers. Just a stone’s throw away from the Pasar Seni MRT, this cafe serves Malaysian delicacies in a more modern kopitiam setting. In addition to serving good-looking delights, this cafe has a gorgeous wildflower arrangement that hangs from the ceiling. Utilising the traditional building’s structure of high ceilings, they’ve turned the centre space into an Instagrammable corner. It’s no wonder that even tourists flood to their cafe for a photo opt.

If we could paint a picture of heaven, this is what it would look like. Pokok is a beautiful cafe set in an urban glasshouse. Large glass windows and panels fill the exterior from floor to ceiling. This cafe emanates a happy harmony between rustic fashion and minimalistic character. In addition, the urban glasshouse allows plenty of natural light to shine in. 13. Kopenhagen Coffee
Nestled in upscale Mont Kiara, Kopenhagen Coffee is a cafe that looks like its fresh out of an IKEA catalogue. Vintage 1988 is an accessories and cafe store that has been around since 2010. Although it was only 10 years ago since its inception, this cafe is still keepin’ it real with their interior space. Their moody interior speaks volumes for representing a modern reincarnation of old times and we are totally diggin’ this look.
