Ayam Brand Rendang Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk 120ml
- Ayam Brand™ Rendang Paste 180g
- Ayam Brand™ Toasted Coconut Paste 40g
- 500g chicken
Preparation:
- Pour the Rendang paste into the wok and fry until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and stir-fry until the meat looks brown and is coated in the paste.
- Add in the coconut milk and stir until combined.
- Reduce to low heat and let it simmer. Do remember to stir occasionally until the chicken is tender and the sauce is thick.
- Add the toasted coconut paste and mix well.
- Turn off the heat and serve the rendang immediately with steamed rice
Asam Pedas Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ayam Brand™ Asam Pedas Paste 180g
- Ayam Brand Garden Peas
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 300ml water
- 500g fish
- 5 pieces of lady’s finger
- 7-8 stalks of laksa leaves
Preparation:
- Heat up the oil over medium heat, and add in the Asam Pedas Paste to stir.
- When you can smell the aroma of the paste, pour in the water and set to high heat to let it boil.
- Add in the fish, lady’s finger and laksa leaves.
- Reduce to low heat and let it simmer.
- Turn off the heat, then serve the dish with steamed rice.
Ayam Brand Curry Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ayam Brand™ Chicken Curry Paste 180g
- Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk 200ml
- 600g chicken
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 120ml water
Preparation:
- Use a large pan and heat it up over medium heat.
- Add in the Chicken Curry Paste and chicken.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and water, then stir well, cover and bring to a boil.
- After it is boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally and ensure the chicken and potatoes are cooked.
- Stir in the coconut milk and bring it to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and serve the curry with roti canai.
Ayam Brand’s Asam Tumis Prawn Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ayam Brand™ Sambal Tumis Paste 180g
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 500g prawns
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions in and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the Sambal Tumis Paste and stir-fry until there’s a release of aroma.
- Add the prawns and mix until they are cooked.
- Turn off the heat, and serve with steamed rice.
