1. Tiffin Food Court
A lot of you are no stranger to Tiffin Food Court, a platform featuring dining experiences and activities. Tiffin brings the definition of a modern food court to a next level. Launched in 2016, last year’s event was a huge success they’ve decided for a comeback. Though not a new-new thing, Tiffin is a new reoccurring things to try in KL this week. With over 50 vendors throughout the 8-week, event, food vendors changes weekly. So be sure to tag your buddies along for some fun new experience. Hipster interior with loads of food choices, experience the 21st century food court.

2. The Swimming Club
One of the latest things to try in KL, The Swimming Club is nestled on the rooftop of Journal Hotel. As the name suggests, it’s the latest pool bar added to the nightlife of KL. Unlike any other bars, The Swimming Club resembles a warm, sunny LA vibe. Using pantone colors and lively prints, every corner is Instagrammable. Chill out by the pool and catch the sunset of KL city at The Swimming Club.

3. Selfie Museum KL
Unlike Penang where there are tonnes of museums nestling in every corner of the island. KL is more of skyscrapers. The Selfie Museum adds a touch of fun into the new things to try in KL. Presented by Samsung Galaxy, it’s the first museum dedicated to Art of Selfie. Of vibrant ball pool and fluffy clouds, you get to take unlimited selfies and photos at every corner. 9 selfie rooms and 5 free desserts, it’s open to all ages.

4. Kebab Bowl
A new food venture has landed in the heart of KL, and it’s Kebab Bowl. Opened in March 2018, they have 2 outlets now, that’s some good business we’re talking about. Which means their food has to be awesome. Serving Middle Eastern cuisine with a modern twist, get your favourite meat in a bowl. It’s like poke bowl but in kebab style, get it? 5. Three Journey Cafe
A cafe blossomed out of passion for pastries, Three Journey is one of the new things to try in KL that will melt your heart away. Serving unique sweet treats and bakes, their Unique Glaze ice cream stood out from the rest. Choose a theme, unicorn or galaxy and you can start customizing your own ice cream. Pour the glaze over your ice cream and decorate it with little treats, how cute is that? Plus, they do customize cakes for special events and serve some really good mains.
