BaWangChaJi has set its foot in Malaysia since year 2019 to cultivate modern tea cultures with four different categories of drinks, where authentic and healthy drinks are cherished by people of all ages. BaWangChaJi will be launching its new Tie Guan Yin Series, which is known as the best tea to pair with mooncakes in their latest additions to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. Tea lovers can enjoy the series with Tie Guan Yin Macchiato (水月观音), Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea (清沫观音) and Cold Brew Tie Guan Yin (倾晨) with prices ranging from RM11.90 to RM15.90.
In this series, BaWangChaJi uses An Xi Tie Guan Yin Tea Leaf (安溪铁观音) which is ranked among the Top 10 Best Quality Chinese Teas due to its bright fragrance and versatility. The BaWangChaJi team took more than 50 days to invent the recipe for this Series with countless tests and trials in combining cheese as well as fresh milk with Tie Guan Yin tea just to make sure the taste of the main ingredient will not be overwhelmed by the rich flavour of others.
Finding the perfect balance with all the ingredients has been the biggest challenge throughout the process in bringing a modern twist to the heritage of Chinese Tea without losing its uniqueness and natural taste. BaWangChaJi is now offering Malaysians a new experience in consuming Tie Guan Yin which was perceived as a traditional beverage with a common taste. Malaysians can now create a new bond with Tie Guan Yin from BaWangChaJi as it will be available soon in your neighbourhood.
“We are delighted to launch this series in conjunction with the Mid-Autumn Festival as Tie Guan Yin is one of the best drinks to pair with mooncakes. It is better to pair with mooncakes that are high in sugar calories with a good cup of premium quality tea. You can match them with any categories of our Tie Guan Yin Series, which actually helps you to relieve the greasy taste and improve digestion,” said Jack Chong, Director of BaWangChaJi Malaysia.
The new Tie Guan Yin Series will be available at all BaWangChaJi’s outlets in Malaysia from 1st of October onwards. Please find the list below for all BaWangChaJi’s outlet:
