- The employee in question has not reported for work since October 16th, and was on medical leave on October 17th, 2020.

Employee At SOGO Department Store In Central i-City Tests Positive For Covid-19
Here’s what you need to know:
- The employee in question has not been working since 16 October 2020 and is now being treated at a government hospital.
- Prior to that, the employee did not display any symptoms.
- The employee did a swab test on 19 October and was confirmed positive on 21 October.
- SOGO has closed their store from 430pm on 21 October and has undergone deep cleaning and sanitisation.
- All of their staff will undergo swab testing.
- The Central i-City management closed their mall early at 8pm on 21 October and immediately activated deep disinfection of their entire mall and frequently touched surfaces.

Central i-City Has Undergone Deep Cleaning & Sanitisation, All Safety Measures Have Been Taken
The mall’s management would like to assure the public that customer’s safety is their priority. The mall has undergone deep cleaning and sanitisation as per the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health. The mall is open for business as usual, from 10am to 10pm. The management assures the public that they are providing a safe and hygienic retail experience.
