Introducing Dont Yell At Me
On the side of every cup, you will find some Chinese words, too! Some of the sentences roughly translate to, “I like sincerity, dislike pretentiousness, but I’d never say.” With that said, do keep in mind that all the beverages are made with premium tea leaves, real dried flowers, and imported toppings!
With a black and white drawing with a man holding a cup as Dont Yell At Me’s logo, you will notice this tea room from far away. Strategically located in 163 Retail Park at Mont Kiara, the interior features eye-pleasing white cloths dangling from the ceiling, and thin tree trunks in some corner. You will be glad to know that there are mirrors to help you to create the most Instagram-worthy shots!
Honey Oolong Tea, Rose Milk Tea, Original Chocolate Milk, and more!
Honey Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is one of the most loved tea by Malaysians. Due to the processing techniques of making oolong tea leaves, the taste can be different. At Dont Yell At Me, Honey Oolong Tea has a toasty flavour, and the taste is nicely balanced with a dash of sweetness from the honey. This refreshing and light beverage makes a very good order after meals.

Osmanthus Chrysanthemum
Here’s another refreshing and light option from the menu. With a combination of osmanthus and chrysanthemum, this beverage has a floral aroma. As both of these flavours need no introduction, it is really easy to drink due to familiarity with taste. Unknown to many, but both flowers have health benefits! Elevate Osmathus Chrysanthemum with some topping options including Sweet Potato & Taro Balls.

Rose Mocha
For caffeine addicts, you will be happy to know that there’s a coffee category. Some interesting choices include Americano with Honey and Osmanthus Latte! We have tried out Rose Mocha, a combination of coffee beans, premium chocolate of Varlhona from France, and real rose extracts. All of the ingredients co-exist beautifully creating a really smooth beverage, with a slight rose flavour as an aftertaste.

Berries Roselle
Berries Roselle is part of the sparkling beverages available at Dont Yell At Me. It is fun to have a little fizzy action in teas! Similar to the chrysanthemum flower, the roselle flower is brewed in-house. Considering that roselle has a cranberry-like flavour, it matches really well with berries. Through this combination, the outcome is a nice magenta hue!

Winter Melon Lemon
Meet another fizzy beverage! Apart from being a tongue twister, Winter Melon Lemon is a must-order for a sweet tooth. The sweetness comes from the fruit itself, with a counterbalance of sour from slices of lemon. All in all, the beverage itself feels like a fresh soda! Winter Melon Lemon makes a good choice if you are looking for something fun and new to try!

Rose Milk Tea
Part of the milk tea series, Rose Milk Tea is a signature beverage from Dont Yell At Me. Using real rose syrup that brewed in-house daily for this beverage, rose syrup perfectly intertwined with the fresh milk tea. The milk tea is smooth and easy to drink, and fragrance from rose serve as a nice surprise. This beverage is best enjoyed with some toppings such as White Jade Pearl, or Kanten Jelly.

Black Sesame Milk
In the same series as Rose Milk Tea, Black Sesame Milk is a standout beverage with white to black hues. As you can imagine, the Instagram-worthy beverage has a strong black sesame taste. If you love all things black sesame, this is surely something you wouldn’t want to miss out on. Best paired with some toppings including Sweet Potato & Taro Balls.

Brown Sugar Pearl Milk
By now, there are many variations of Brown Sugar Pearl Milk in Malaysia. To differentiate Dont Yell At Me’s version, the sweetness from the brown sugar isn’t overpowering. It has a good balance between both milk tea and brown sugar! The brown sugar pearls are absolutely chewy without being too hard. Big fans of this particular beverage shouldn’t sit this one out.

Saving one of the best for the last on this list! Check out Original Chocolate Milk, made with really rich Valrhona chocolate.
