Dragon-i Pork-Free Restaurant rén Is Giving Away RM50 Cash Vouchers For October

Dragon-i is no stranger to those that frequent authentic Chinese food in Malaysia – they’re usually the go-to place for steamed meat buns (xiao long bao) and famous Beijing peking duck! After introducing more than 20 restaurants around Malaysia since 2004, Dragon-i have now opened their first pork-free outlet at Suria KLCC called rén.

As you enter, you’re greeted by warm welcomes, the sight of chefs roasting ducks in the open kitchen, and beautiful decor that resembles authentic dining in China.

rén Chefs Are Masters Specially Hired From Xinjiang, China

This restaurant specializes in recipes from Shanghai and Xinjiang, which are prepared by master chefs specially hired from those areas. Whether it’s wrapping steamed buns or roasting ducks, you can catch them in action at the open kitchens right by the seating area.

rén Signature Dishes

1. Peking Roast Duck

One of the must-try items here at rén is their Beijing Peking Duck that’s expertly roasted in a huge oven for 1-hour. After that, its crispy skin and tender meat are carved beside your table, then folded into a wrap with scallions, cucumber and sweet fermented soybean sauce.

Finally, when it comes to desserts, rén offers a unique Deep Fried Durian Paste Balls dish that’s loaded with Musang King flesh.
