Easy KFC Chicken Rice Recipe Using A Rice Cooker
Take a look at this super easy KFC Chicken Rice recipe that you can try at home!
All you need is:
- 3 pieces of KFC Original Recipe Chicken
- 3 cups of white rice
- 32 oz of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
1. Add 3 cups of white rice and pour 32oz of chicken stock into the rice cooker’s inner pot.
2. Then add 3 pieces of KFC Original Recipe Chicken into the pot along with 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
3. Place the rice cooker’s inner pot, select “White Rice” mode and let it cook for one (1) hour.
4. Once cooked, on another plate, take out the chicken from the pot.
5. Peel and debone the chicken. Then, add the cooked chicken flesh.
6. Lastly, season generously with salt and pepper. And mix them until evenly distributed.
That’s all. It’s that simple!
