In an announcement by Senior Defence Minister Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri earlier today, cinemas and live events can resume operations from July 1, 2020! Hoorah!
Cinemas & Live Events To Resume Operations Starting 1 July 2020
Senior Defence Minister Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri also said, these entertainment facilities must strictly follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) and regulations provided by the government. Social distancing rules (one-meter apart) must be kept at all times. And, there should be a limit on the number of people allowed to attend the cinema. But, this is all subjected to the size of each cinema.
