Created by the team behind the well-established Urban Daybreak (located in Bangsar and George Town), Jeremy’s Chicks is a delivery-based chicken rice joint. The idea started when the co-founder, Jeremy, was bragging about his chicken rice to his friends. Naturally, his friends didn’t believe in his skills and he was made fun of by most of them.
During the Movement Control Order (MCO), he took the opportunity to prove his friends wrong. Hence, being an angry chicken rice seller! Of course, the chicken rice was so good, Jeremy’s Chicks was born! You are probably wondering, how hard is it to make a plate of chicken rice? Well, it is a lot of hard work to roll out a plate of delectable chicken rice.
From rendering chicken fats, making an aromatic broth with scallions, ginger, and chicken stock, continuously stirring rice to ensure every grain is evenly coated, to creating homemade chilli that has the right mean punch in every single bite. You get it, making a plate of chicken rice isn’t that easy after all.

Lucky for all of us, we can simply just order it from Jeremy’s Chicks! Made with fresh ingredients daily and zero wastage, one day pre-order is required. On the menu, you will find quarter (RM18), half (RM35), and whole (RM65) chicken available. These choices are paired with fluffy chicken rice, and fragrantful soup. Of course, homemade chilli will be provided, too!
If you are looking for some greens to pair with, don’t forget to order yourself baby kailan (RM8). While you’re at it, sip on sencha green tea (RM5) or homemade honey lemon (RM5), available in hot or cold. Delivery charges are based on Grab Express and Lalamove. For a whole chicken order, up to RM10 will be deducted from the delivery charges.
