Just recently, photos and videos of Malindo staffs saying tearful goodbyes as they were retrenched had our hearts wrenched. Many aviation staffs have since turned to doing side businesses to cope with the trying times. And Captain Azrin is no exception.
Captain Dons Full Pilot Uniform As He Serves Customers At His New Roadside Stall
In a Facebook post that went up today, pictures show Captain Azrin dressed in full pilot uniform as he manned his food stall, Kapten Corner at Boom Town USJ11. Captain Azrin’s father had mentioned in the post that he didn’t know when his son will be donning the uniform again as a pilot as the aviation industry is looking bleak and the future is unknown.
Kapten Corner, a name befitting to Captain Azrin’s profession, specialises in a variety of local favourites. You can find Mee Kari Ipoh, Bihun Sup, Laksa Utara and even Rojak Buah over here at only RM7! The small little stall is currently manned by Captain Azrin and his wife, Yanie.
Although the stall is fairly new, but it seems like Captain Azrin’s undying spirit and delicious food have already drew in quite a number of customers.
