KidZania Kuala Lumpur Set to Bring More Unique Experiences to Families

KidZania Is The Perfect Theme Park for Kids To Learn & Have Fun

Under the new ownership and management, one of the major enhancements undertaken was fully digitalising the facility’s ticketing system for greater efficiency and control, as well as beefing up customer service in order to serve visitors better and stay relevant to an increasingly astute base of customers. 

In its latest development of its offering and facilities, KidZania has forged a partnership with Inter Mark Resources Sdn. Bhd., which will see the inclusion of three industry partners to further enhance visitors’ experience – A&W, Subway, and Jamaica Blue Coffee. 

The partnership was officiated in a formal ceremony at KidZania, which was attended by Sim Choo Kheng, Founder and CEO of Sim Leisure Group, and George Ang, Founder and Group CEO of Inter Mark Resources Sdn. Bhd. During the ceremony, Sim presented Ang with the “Key To The City”, a symbolic gesture of welcoming the three new brands to KidZania. 

With the addition of A&W and Subway, children will be able to gain hands-on experience in operating and managing a fast-food outlet. Meanwhile, their parents can enjoy their favourite cuppa and refreshments at the Jamaica Blue Coffee outlet located at the Parents’ Lounge, where they can sit back and relax while their children frolic, play, and learn through the numerous activities and engagements at KidZania.
