Embracing a Latin flair is Alibi KL, the newest speakeasy in Bukit Tunku. Nuzzled inside a sandwich & tapas cafe, this bar is hoping to appease customers with heavenly food, drinks and bespoke cocktails.
There’s A New Latin Speakeasy In KL Hidden Within A Café
Alibi KL is the brainchild of three entrepreneurs- brothers Roen & Jee Cian and Kesavan Purusotman. You might recognise a few of their successful businesses as is, such as Circa Bar and Cili Kampung Hartamas! Only a week in and the word of their latest venture, Alibi KL, has already spread around the city like wildfire. It’s absolutely understandable – their choice of dishes and signature cocktails are in a class of their own!
Those who love snacking while drinking will especially delight in their food menu. At Alibi, you can devour delicious tapas (small plates) including truffle croquettes, nachos and calamari or bigger meals like their pulled beef panini and garlic shrimp.
The most tempting part of their launch is the current one for one Happy Hour promo, which is applicable to both beers and cocktails. Ladies, you already know what we’re gonna say next. Every Thursday is Ladies’ Night which means, free-flow cocktails all night long! Sorry lads!
If you’re longing to quench your thirst with a drink that isn’t on the menu, you may request for a bespoke cocktail of your choice! The bartenders will also cater to your palate in the event you’d like to try something new.
