The one thing we all love, no matter what time or month it is – is ICE CREAM. Because let’s face it, there’s nothing better than biting into a cold and sweet delight, especially on sweltering hot days. Today, we’re showing you how you can make your very own ice cream. But not just any ice cream – Magnum ice cream!
This Is How You Can Enjoy Magnum Ice Cream Without Going Out To Get It
What we love about Magnum ice cream is essentially its rich hard chocolate coating with creamy vanilla ice cream on the inside. Crunching into it may very well be the most satisfying feeling ever. However, Magnum ice cream may come off as a bit on the pricier side for some of us. So, why not make it at home without extra bucks for ice cream. Scroll on down to find out how to make it today:
Ingredients: 2 cups of whipping cream (can substitute with full cream milk), 1/2 cup of condensed milk, 1 tsp of Ovalette, a dash of vanilla essence, 350g of dark/milk chocolate
Step 1: Mix everything (except chocolate) in the blender until it becomes a soft and fluffy consistency (it should double in size).
Step 2: Double boil the chocolate. When it all melts, let it cool to room temperature.
Step 3: Pour the chocolate into a piping bag and pipe it into the ice cream packet evenly.
Step 4: Add in the ice cream mixture (from step 1) into the ice cream packet.
Step 5: Place in freezer for 5 to 6 hours. Enjoy!
