Updated SOPs For Bars & Nightclubs During MCO 2.0

The National Security Council (MKN) has just announced on its official Facebook page that activities and operations of pubs and nightclubs, including the restaurants in it are not permitted during the Movement Control Order 2.0.

Just four days ago, the SOPs for MCO 2.0 was updated to allow restaurants in pubs and nightclubs to operate, but limited to takeaway and delivery only. This sudden change in SOP may confuse businesses and business owners of bars and nightclubs who have restaurant license.

Stay Tuned For More Updates

There is still no confirmation on the most recent SOP for these businesses yet. Hence, we’ll just have to wait for the latest SOP to be updated on the MKN website or for the press conference tomorrow.
