This year, if you’re a huge fan of sports, you’ll know that the Olympics will be taking place in Tokyo, Japan. And Malaysia is playing a big role in this event because myChef will be the main Halal food supplier!
Okay, when it comes to international sports events like these, do you guys wonder about the food that the athletes and team actually consume? And, where does their food actually come from? Well, there’s quite a stringent process when it comes to the F&B department.
New Straits Times recently reported that a small Malaysian company, myChef will be in charge of food supplies during Tokyo’s 2020 Olympics. In case you’re wondering, myChef will be preparing ready-to-eat Halal meals for the event. The meals include a wide variety of rice dishes such as Nasi Briyani, Fried Rice and more.
It’s really our pride to have a local food supplier catering for the Olympics 2020, which will be held from 24th July to 9th August 2020. In addition, there is an estimate of 8 million Muslims attending the Olympics 2020, be it as athletes, teams, or spectators.
