Here’s How To Make A No-Bake Oreo Crepe Cake At Home

When it comes to the countless layers of a crepe cake, there are plenty of flavours for us to enjoy. From the traditional vanilla, chocolate to the beloved matcha flavours, there aren’t many places that offer Oreo flavours. If you are indeed a YOLO or You Obviously Love Oreo, here is a simple recipe to make your Oreo cookies fancy. Without further ado, shall we get started with the ingredients?

Ingredients (A) – Crepe Batter

  • 2 eggs
  • 225g of milk
  • 75g of cake flour
  • 35g of sugar
  • 10g of cocoa powder
  • 20g of butter

Ingredients (B) – Fillings

  • 300g of whipping cream
  • 25g of sugar
  • 1.5g of salt
  • 60g of crushed Oreo

Step 1: Melt butter in a pan and put aside.

Step 2: In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, cake flour, sugar and cocoa powder. Sieve the mixture once and add the melted butter. Put aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3: In a clean dry bowl, whip the whipping cream, salt and sugar until it thickens. Then, add half of the crushed Oreos and pour the mixture into a piping bag.

Step 4: Using a spatula, gently mix the crepe batter. Heat up a pan on low heat and add some oil.

Step 5: Scoop up a ladle of batter and pour it onto the centre of the pan. Gently swirl the batter around to spread it evenly on the pan.

Step 6: Once it starts to bubble, flip the crepe to the other side and remove it from the pan.  Continue and repeat until all the crepe batter is used. Put aside and let it cool.

Step 7: To assemble, start by placing a crepe on a plate and spread the Oreo fillings on top. Continue to stack the crepes and cream. When you reach your 3rd and 8th layer, sprinkle crushed Oreos on top of the cream and continue to stack the crepe.

Step 8: Once you finish stacking, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Before you dig in, sprinkle some cocoa powder on the surface and enjoy it!
