The Courtyard, an all-day dining restaurant in Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree presents a Seafood Extravaganza dinner buffet throughout the month of October till November 2019.
The Seafood Extravaganza dinner buffet offers the most delectable offerings from the sea with a wide range of fresh-seafood as well as meat specialties sure to whet anyone’s appetite. The seafood exploration features a variety of refreshing seafood on ice such as Fresh Live Oysters, Green Mussels, Tiger Prawns, Clams, Scallops, Yabbies followed by a selection of House Cured Salmon, Fresh Prawn Fruit Cocktail and not to mention the popular choice of Alaskan King Crab.
In addition to the cold plates, the chefs on deck will also be providing hot dish options through the live grill, showcasing their skills in food preparation for everyone to admire. Guests will be spoilt with a vast selection from the produce of the sea to meaty varieties such as fish, chicken and beef seasoned with specialty marinades by the chefs to be grilled right away and served hot on the plate.
Led by an experienced kitchen crew in The Courtyard, the food served are surely packed with rich and distinctive flavours featuring local tastes. Guests are also invited to indulge in the impressive spread at the live carving station, offerings such as overnight roasted boneless lamb shoulder, marinated with salt, paprika, mustard and rosemary then seared and slow roast overnight for 6 to 8 hours are sure to please guests with a divine plate to savour.

The Seafood Extravaganza dinner buffet will be available in The Courtyard at 6.30pm to 10.30pm every Friday and Saturday throughout the month of October and November 2019 with a price of RM88 nett for adults and RM45 nett for children.
