Savour The Taste of “Selera Orang Lama” At Rasa Lama
In line with their restaurant’s name, Rasa Lama decided to offer a buffet that will take us down memory lane. The buffet will comprise a wide range of palatable ‘makanan ala kampung’ from appetisers to desserts. Chef Ashraff, the person behind this menu, is ready to bring back your childhood nostalgia.
Here, you get to enjoy your Ulaman with a variety of sauces. For instance, our favourite Sambal Belacan, Tempoyak, Sambal Nenas, Budu, Cencaluk and many more. Apart from that, they also offer Gado-Gado and Acar Buah. If you feel like having something simpler, go for Keropok Ikan, Keropok Malinjo and Papadom!
Besides the rich local buffet, you may enjoy western dishes such as pasta, pumpkin soup and their delicious signature salad bar composed of salad, assorted greens with all homemade dressings. For desserts, they have panna cotta cream caramel and much more!
Furthermore, there is a variety of mains for you to drool over such as Nyonya Kari Laksa, Nasi Ayam Panggang, and Sup Ayam Berempah. However, the one that is expected to catch everyone’s attention is their Roasted Lamb. Moreover, you get to pair this lamb with either their special Rasa Lama sauce, mint sauce or rosemary jus sauce.
Hence, you get to experience the best of both worlds here. Also, don’t forget to try their Kurma juice and traditional desserts such as Kuih Ketayap and Lepat Pisang!

The Ramadhan buffet will start on the sixth day of Ramadhan, 18th April 2021 until 12th May 2021. You will be able to dine in at this restaurant starting 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM on the stated dates. The prices set are RM69 (adult) and RM35 (children). However, there will be a special discount for early birds for a limited time only! You can bring a plus one for a price of RM108.80 only.
Reservations should be made 3 days in advance. So, make sure to book your place early for a nostalgic Iftar with your family and friends.
