You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream! Everybody loves a rich cone/cup of creamy goodness don’t they? Well, this artisanal soft serve ice cream & dessert bar in Sea Park takes flavour to the next level and if you haven’t tried them yet, you simply must visit ASAP.
Softsrve Has Relocated To Sea Park & Has Yummy Soft Serve, Waffles And More
Opened in 2015, Softsrve quickly became a hit at Damansara Uptown where customers flocked to daily, earnestly tasting interesting handcrafted soft serve flavours. Daily beeline could be sighted as customers queued up for their smokey-cup effect and watermelon sorbet tacos.
Fast forward to 2022, they’ve now relocated to Sea Park in Petaling Jaya and it’s no surprise that Softsrve is still thriving despite the MCO. They are one of the first artisanal soft serve parlours in Klang Valley, and here you can find all things soft serve to indulgent waffles.
Soft Serve
According to the co-owner of Softsrve, their ice creams are produced as and when needed to keep them as fresh as possible. Currently, three (3) soft serve flavours are available:
1. Deep Chocolate
A rich, decadent classic that doesn’t leave you feeling heavy.
2. Vanilla Cereal Milk
One of the key ingredients is cornflakes, steeped into the milk overnight to extract maximum flavour. This is a must-try!
3. Oolong Cha
One of the most popular soft serve flavours. The tea flavour is powerful but not overwhelming, and has the right balance of sweetness!
Choose from over 20 toppings and sauces, which are made in-house, to further elevate the ice cream creation!
Buttermilk Waffles
Softsrve’s newest series on the menu is their signature waffles, made with real buttermilk. They come in original, charcoal or chocolate flavour:
1. Nuttie-Boi
Chocolate buttermilk waffles paired with nutty pistachio ice cream
2. Atas-gal
Perfect for afternoon tea- original buttermilk waffle with Rosy Earl Grey ice cream
3. Ol’ School
A classic favourite waffle creation, combined with Vanilla Cereal Milk soft serve
Parfait
Apart from signature waffles, they have customisable parfait/egg puffle with soft serve too. For this dessert, Softsrve allows customers to customise ingredients thus forming a personal touch and a sense of ownership to your creation! Pick an ice cream of your choice and go wild with over twenty (20) types of toppings.
Hard Hard Ice Cream
One of the crucial items that helped them survive the MCO, is their “hard serve” ice cream. They call it Hard Hard, because unlike soft serve, they won’t melt right away! These ice cream tubs are available to take home and can be found in several grocers too, including QRA, Bila-bila Mart, iFruits Market, and Zenxin Organic Stores.

With their soft serve and ice cream being 50% less sweet compared to market brands, there’s no doubt their desserts are well worth that cheat day. Despite the challenges Softsrve has faced due to the pandemic, they continue being a highly sought-after dessert brand by the public and will hopefully expand their success!
