As you gaze out over the shimmering Andaman Sea, savor the delicate flavors of dishes like Amor Salmon with caviar and beetroot hummus, Chupin de Pescado (Cod stew with braised kale and a crustacan croquette), or Filet of Beef Tenderloin with black garlic puree and poached lobster, culminating in the gorgeous Rose of Passion. Decadent Raspberry Chocolate Mousse is placed on a bed of Velvet Coral Sponge, and covered in sweet Lychee Rose Creme, presented in the shape of a rose bud, symbolizing your blooming romance.
This extraordinary culinary experience is available only on 14 February 2025, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, and is priced at MYR 425 per person.
Dining Beyond
Lovers who prefer to feel the sand beneath their feet can opt for the exceptional Dining Beyond, where they’ll make their way down a candlelit path towards a dreamy white tent that faces the sea. Watch the sun go down, painting the horizon in crimson and gold, while enjoying a delectable dinner from one of three menus: Locally Inspired, Chef’s Signatures or Vegetarian Creations, a bottle of red, white or rose wine and a beach bonfire.
