SEPANG, 2 DECEMBER 2024 – Travellers and visitors are in for a delightful treat this festive season as KL International Airport (KLIA) transforms into a whimsical wonderland with its “Alice’s Adventures: A Magical Christmas” themed celebration, inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland. In collaboration with the British Library, this enchanting setup blends the festive cheer with the timeless magic of Lewis Carroll’s beloved classic, offering a captivating holiday experience for travelers of all ages.
From 1 December to 31 December 2024, travellers can step into a whimsical wonderland at KLIA, beginning with the playful “Gigantic Tea-Cup Ride,” inspired by Alice’s Mad Tea Party with the Hatter and March Hare. The journey continues with the mesmerizing “Rabbit Hole Kaleidoscope” creating a vibrant, immersive experience, while the enchanting “Queen’s Rose Tunnel” invites travelers to capture memories against lush red roses reminiscent of the Queen’s Croquet-Ground.
Joyful Celebration at All International Airports
The festive transformation extends beyond KLIA to all these other international airports; Penang International Airport (PIA), Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA), Kuching International Airport (KIA) and Langkawi International Airport (LIA), turning each into a world of wonder for the peak travel season.
Amid bustling terminals filled with families and holidaymakers, Malaysia Airports aims to create a magical, Wonderland-inspired experience, where imagination flourishes and every corner invites awe and excitement.
