Guests can savour a delectable spread of brunch favourites, including Salmon & Egg Quesadilla, Chicken & Egg Tacos, Shakshuka, Chicken & Waffles and more.
Beyond brunch, the buffet takes a flavourful twist with Latin American-inspired specialties, refreshing salads, seafood on ice, international delicacies, local specialties and an enticing dessert selection. For the little ones, a Kids’ Dining section offers a playful mini-me spread designed just for young adventurers. As always, the Splash & Brunch experience includes access to the swimming pool and playtime at the Wonderland Explorers kids’ club, making it the perfect weekend retreat for families.
Adding to the excitement, Sunset Terrace’s Easter Splash & Brunch come with a delightful modern twist! A Labubu mascot will be making a special appearance to entertain kids, bringing a fresh take on the classic Easter Bunny. Young guests can also embark on a thrilling Easter Egg Hunt organised by Wonderland Explorers kids’ club. The first ten children dining at Easter Splash & Brunch will receive a 10% discount for the hunt, while participants of the egg hunt will also enjoy 10% off the Easter Splash & Brunch buffet.

This exclusive one-day launch offers guests the first taste of the new menu before Afternoon Tea becomes a weekday-only indulgence, available Monday to Friday, from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
Designed for the refined palate, the new menu showcases an exquisite selection of savoury delicacies, including White Asparagus Tart with Black Truffle, Tuna Otoro with Oscietra Caviar, Scotch Quail Egg with Wild Garlic and the iconic Beef Wellington with Pomme Purée.
