Super Saigon Launches Their Beyond Meat® Series That’s Available Now
If you didn’t know, Beyond Meat® is a Los-Angeles based producer of plant-based meats and they’re known to be deliciously meaty even if it’s all made from plant-based ingredients. It’s perfect for vegans (Beyond Dry Wok Kuey Teow), vegetarians (Beyond Fried Rice), or even those looking for a greener option. Super Saigon is now serving two new Beyond Meat® menu items: Beyond Fried Rice (pictured above) and Beyond Dry Wok Kuey Teow (pictured below).
Using Beyond Meat® minced “meat”, these two dishes are really tasty and it has all the “meaty” flavours that these dishes would need. The Beyond Fried Rice is fragrant and perfect for those looking for a quick and light lunch bite. And, the Beyond Dry Wok Kuey Teow is a great option for noodles lovers looking for a meatless dish.

Upgrading Super Saigon Menu To Suit Malaysian Flavours
It’s no doubt that Super Saigon is famously known for their Muslim-friendly pho but now, their delicious pho gets an upgrade. Introducing their new Pulled Beef Pho, the Australian beef is slow cooked for about eight (8) hours and it becomes deliciously tender. It has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and it’s a super hearty bowl of noodles!
For those who like eating saucy noodles, make sure you try their Stir Fry Kuey Teow that is super heartwarming and yummy! It comes with premium Aussie sliced beef, choy sum, baby corn, snow peas, and carrots. Next up, for your hawker-food fix, order their Dry Wok Beef Kuey Teow for delicious “Wok Hei” fried noodles. “Wok Hei” refers to the “breath of the wok” when cooking over very high heat, and the unique umami flavour that results.
Last but not the least, you must-try their new Mi Khor because the secret for this delicious plate of noodles is…the sauce. The springy blanced egg noodles are tossed and mixed with a soy-based sauce that has a sweet and salty taste.
