Ingredients:
- 1 small chicken, trussed (approx. 1.2kg)
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tbsp oil
- Salt
Steps:
Step 1: Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Stuff chicken with diced onion and garlic cloves.
Step 2: Massage the skin of the chicken with 1 tablespoon of oil. Season generously with salt.
Step 3: Place on the tray of your Easy Fry Oven & Grill. Cook on CHICKEN mode for 1 hour.
