Toss N Curry is a fairly new fusion restaurant located in Damansara Utama that serves a variety of Asian and Western cuisines. Opened just last December 2019, this place offers not just an extensive menu, but also a comfortable and beautiful space to dine in!
No Pork And Beef, Ingredients From Halal Supplier
Their aim is to provide a restaurant that caters to all Malaysians to dine in, therefore, they do not serve pork and beef, and their ingredients come from a Halal supplier. However, they do not have a Halal certification because they offer alcohol in the premise.
Toss N Curry Best-Selling Indian Dishes
Among their Indian dishes offered here, the most popular one is undoubtedly the sizzling dishes that comes with toasted white bread! You can’t go wrong with their creamy Butter Chicken (RM19) made with butter, cashew nuts and fenugreek leaves that’s best enjoyed with toasted bread.
Other sizzling dishes you should try are the Rogan Gosh Sizzling (RM25) and the Chicken Vendalo Sizzling (RM19). The Rogan Gosh is a yogurt-based mutton dish that incorporates a special chilli powder from Kashmir.
Next up, check out their dum Mutton Biriyani (RM26) that cooks the rice, spices, and mutton altogether for 3 hours! This “dum” method ensure that the essence of Mutton is captured in the entire dish. Served on a banana leaf, it comes with a yogurt salad called Raita and a side Mutton Curry.
Finally, banana leaf rice lovers can opt for their Banana Leaf Rice Set (RM10.50) which comes with three seasonal vegetables, dal, rasam, and a sweet halwa dessert.
