Set to launch at REXKL’s REXPERIENCE digital art gallery from 9th February (2024) to 6th September (2024), ‘Piying Dream’ is an original immersive experience, brought to you by award-winning Paris-based Danny Rose Studio.
REXKL’s Vibrant ‘Piying Dream’ Art Show Will Get You In The CNY Mood
Taking inspiration from the art of Chinese shadow puppet theatre, ‘Piying Dream’ reimagines and displays stories from iconic Chinese Legends that includes the tale of the Monkey King, history of the heroic Wu Song and story of Zhuge Liang.
In conjunction with CNY, the festive art show will also feature 3,000 beautifully digitised shadow puppet characters, motifs and paintings from the Qing Dynasty as well as mythical creatures, involving dragons (perfectly fit for our roaring Dragon Year)!
As a co-production between Danny Rose and Temple of Light, prepare to be awe-struck as you step into a colourful realm of dynamic sights, choreography and music, which will altogether transport you on a breathtaking journey for the senses. Where technology meets art, you’ll definitely be celebrating your CNY in style at REXKL’s immersive ‘Piying Dream’ digital art show!
Happening from 10 AM to 10 PM everyday, this 1-hour show is priced at RM 60.00 for Adults, RM 30.00 for Children (7 – 11 y/o) and at RM 42.00 for Students (12 – 18 y/o student card holders) and OKU & Senior Citizens (above 60 y/o or OKU card holders).
