How are you doing friends? Have you thought of what to do with your BPN aid once it slides into your account? From the get-go, people would normally save money or use them for daily necessities. However, let’s remember that there’s an abundance of ways for us to fully utilize it. Like this mother and son combo who decided to invest theirs on a small business instead.
Zero Income During MCO
MCO leads a lot of families to live with no source of income. And living as such for almost two months can be quite rough. Which is why Mohamad Faidhi Adam Rohaiza and his mother, Rohani Ariffin was determined to improve their living condition right after receiving their Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN) aid.
Mohamad Faidhi, 25, said that their earnings come to a halt especially after his workplace remained closed throughout the MCO period. Upon considerations, he decided to use the aid along with his savings of RM1,000 as a capital to start a small business with his mother.
Venturing Into Food Business
Mohamad Faidhi and Rohani came up with the idea to sell sausage buns because it is both simple and very popular. “My mother and I start cooking from noon until 4 pm. Each day, we receive around 200 orders.” Faidhi will then deliver the food to his customers around Jitra.
By selling 50 cents for each bun, the duo makes about RM100 a day.”I’ve seen a change in my mother, who is more upbeat and spirited at being able to do something useful, even while staying at home.” he said. Placing his faith in the phrase; where there’s a will, there’s a way.
Consider Investing The Aid
Muhamad Faishi was hopeful that people will make full use of all aids given to them, “Even if it’s a small business, it adds up at the end of the month.” Our situation may differ, but it is a good idea to invest. What do you think about this idea? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
