Strawberry Dalgona: Here’s How You Can Make Pretty Pink Whipped Strawberry Milk

Hello, foodies! Ever since news broke out about Dalgona Coffee on TikTok, there have been so many other versions of the viral drink. All the way from Milo Dalgona to Matcha Dalgona, people are heading to their kitchens to come up with the next it drink. Keep inventing folks, because we may have stumbled upon the latest and possibly the prettiest version – Strawberry Dalgona, or Whipped Strawberry Milk.

Make This Pretty Pink Strawberry Dalgona That’s Super Yummy

Sure, whipped coffee is great for those who drink coffee on a daily basis. But, what about us who prefer non-caffeinated drinks? Well, flavoured milks are here to save the day! Dalgona is basically just something “whipped”, so, we can use the same technique with chocolate milk and even – strawberry milk. Check out two recipes below for how to make delicious Whipped Strawberry Milk.

Whipped Strawberry Milk with Nesquik

Ingredients:

Step 1: Combine strawberry Nesquik and heavy whipping cream in a bowl.

Step 2: Using a whisk or hand mixer, whip the two ingredients to make whipped cream.

Step 3: Add the whipped mixture to a cup of iced milk, stir to combine and enjoy.

Tip: Use any strawberry flavoured powder if you do not have strawberry Nesquik.

Homemade Whipped Strawberry Milk with Real Strawberry

Ingredients:

  • 7-8 medium strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ice

Step 1: Cut up the strawberries and blend, or mash them into a jam-like consistency.

Step 2: Add 1/4 cup sugar to the mashed strawberries and mix together.

Step 3: Place the mixture into a small pot on the stove. Heat over medium flame until it starts to boil.

Step 4: Once the mixture boils, turn off the heat and stir.

Step 5: Once the strawberry syrup is cool, add 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream and whisk until a creamy texture is achieved.

Step 6: Fill a glass with ice and strawberry milk (made by combining more of the strawberry syrup with milk).

Step 7: Place the whipped strawberry mixture on top and enjoy!
