Vantador Teams Up With Spanish Steak Legend To Bring The Best Dry-Aged Steaks To Malaysia

Bodega El Capricho's world-renowned Galician steaks added to Vantador's menu

The KL steakhouse scene is about to be transformed with Vantador’s collaboration with Bodega El Capricho, the internationally recognised beef specialists from León, Spain. Together, they will be bringing some of the most sought-after dry-aged steaks in the world to Malaysia.

Featured in the Michelin Guide for two years in a row, Vantador in Desa Sri Hartamas has truly carved out its reputation as a dry-aged steak boutique. With their dry aged Galician beef – aged in specially imported coolers for a minimum of 30 days for a rich and buttery finish – they also secured a Top 5 spot in Big 7 Travel’s 50 Best Steaks in Asia.

The star of their menu is their Rubia Gallega. Dry-aged with care and cooked skillfully over their asado fire grill, the subtly marbled cut with its deliciously creamy fat cap is a carnivore’s heaven on a plate.
