PowerPlant’s New Array of Drinks
Tailored for your enjoyment and pleasurable experience, PowerPlant has come up with a new selection of drinks available at all their outlets! Well… all except their Genting outlet, which specifically highlights one of their new, unique KBM Boba. Nevertheless, let us present to you their new selection of drinks, made possible through a collaboration INSTEA:
1. Korean Banana Milk Boba (KBM Boba)
Sounds off-pudding, yet looks absolutely delicious? SOUNDS CAN BE DECEIVING! The drink (which you can probably tell from its name) has Korean banana-flavoured milk mixed into it. Combined with makgeolli, the slightly milky and off-white sparkling rice wine gives the drink a hint of sweet, tangy, bitter, and astringent taste. Accompanied with tapioca balls, it’s a chewy ride for the adventurous!
2. Winter Grapefruit Soju
The ultimate refreshing drink for all who love soju! With a packet of grapefruit drink in one hand and a bottle of soju in the other, you can add as much or as little of the fruit drink into your bottle of soju! Pour your drink into shot glasses and toast to happy life with friends and family.
3. Winter Grape Soju
Had a few shots of these babies shared between my colleagues and I. It was just ?. Seriously, if you’ve never tried soju, try it with this fruity twist. It’s… ?.
4. Winter Strawberry Soju
Not Just New Drinks; a Bar has to have Good Finger-Food too!
Along with these 4 new drinks come 7 new snacks for any and all to munch on whilst nursing a cold, refreshing glass of their new fruit-tea-soju.
Served to us was a platter full with each of their 7 new snacks, comprising of 5 different mandus (Korean dumplings) and 2 new flavoured chicken wings. The mandus were stuffed fat with ingredients, and make for great finger food to keep your stomach full as you belly more alcohol. As for the chicken wings… I gotta give you some warning. Amongst the two new flavours is ‘Shocking Hot’, which is actually shockingly hot. I bit into it, thinking it’d be more sweet than spicy. Before I know it, my heart was pumping harder from the shock than from the amount of alcohol I’ve consumed.
However, should you want to try these new items on their menu, you’d best hurry up — it’s all available, but only for a limited time!
PowerPlant x Nerd Unit Merchandises
Of course, this has got to be one of the highlights. Available for purchase at each and every one of their 4 outlets, this new collaboration between PowerPlant and Nerd Unit will surely bring with it a certain breeze of swag.
Want to customise your merch? PowerPlant knew you would! Hosting a number of events, one at each of their 4 outlets, there will be a workbench set up just to allow patrons to customise their new PPxNU tee and cap. Simply attend any of these events on schedule and snatch up a merchandise of your choice before letting them know how you’d like it customised!
Did you know that you can get these new array of merchandises for free too?! Yeah, for any of y’all who spend a minimum of RM300 during the event, you’re entitle to free PPxNU trucker cap; RM400 minimum spend gets you a free PPxNU mascot tee; and RM600 awards you a free PPxNU K-Pop cap that’s worth almost 200 ringgit in and of itself!
