No matter whether it’s your mum’s cooking or you thriving to be the next master chef – good food puts everyone in a good mood. And what better food is there than melt-in-your-mouth rich chocolatey brownies disguised as cookies!

Here’s How You Can Make Rich Chocolate Brownie Cookies At Home

Combining the rich fudgy texture of a brownie and the crusty exterior of a cookie – this is the best of both worlds for all chocolate-lovers. Alright, wipe that drool off your face and scroll on down to find out how to make this chocolate brownie at home!

Ingredients: 100g dark chocolate, 60g unsalted butter, 1 egg, 100g brown sugar, 65g plain flour, 10g cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1: Place dark chocolate and unsalted butter into a bowl and double boil it. Stirring it continuously.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg and brown sugar together. Then, pour in the chocolate mixture into the bowl and whisk it all together.

Step 3: Add in the rest of the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl and whisk it all thoroughly.

Step 4: Scoop the dough with tablespoon and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure there’s enough space in between each other as it will expand.

Step 5: Bake for 12 minutes in the oven at 180 °C. And you’re done!
