CMCO To Be Enforced In Selangor, KL, Johor & Penang Starting 5 March Till 18 March 2021

Selangor, KL, Johor & Penang Will Enter CMCO On 5 March

Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has just announced in today’s press conference that the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) will start to be enforced in Selangor, KL, Johor & Penang starting 5 March 2021, for two weeks. The MCO at these areas was slated to end this coming Thursday, 4th March 2021. Besides, inter-district travel will be allowed in all states starting 5 March, except Sabah. Interstate travel is still not allowed in Malaysia.

Remember To Adhere To All SOPs At All Times

As announced earlier as well, those not adhering to the set SOPs may face a maximum fine of up to RM10,000. Let’s do our part to adhere to all SOPs while out and about and also continuously practice social distancing and personal hygiene.
