Move, Sweat, And Workout At Gamuda Gardens With Their “Let’s Get Lit And Fit” Event This Weekend
If you have been sitting around at your desk all year round, it’s high time you get your body moving! Before we move into the new year, why don’t you have a fantastic workout at Gamuda Gardens at their Let’s Get Lit & Fit event from 7th to 8th December 2019.
Cheerleader Performances, MTV Dances, Yoga Lessons, And More At Gamuda Gardens On 7th Dec & 8th Dec 2019
There is so much that you can do this weekend at the event, read below to find out what you can take part in. There will be MTV dances, yoga lessons, and even a trampoline workout! Besides that, you can enjoy cheerleader performances, a waterjet ironman performance, and also a marching band performance from UITM.
More good news, there will be a Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness Fun Dance by none other than FLYPROJECT, as well as a Flyboard performance. Plus, there will be a paddle boat activity! Besides that, Gamuda Gardens is a pet-friendly park so be sure to bring your pets for a fun day out! In addition, there will be an outdoor cinema that will showcase the Ola Bola movie. So, if you haven’t watched this movie, here’s your chance!
On the 7th of December 2019, Gamuda Land will also be opening their Gardens Arena at Gamuda Gardens that will feature a FIFA standard football field! Then, on the 8th of December 2019, there will be a Fun Run, so grab your sport shoes and let’s get running!

Let’s face it, cheat days can happen right after a workout too!
