Not long ago, the team behind AirAsia mentioned that they will be opening their very first restaurant serving the same menu available on the low-cost airline. After months of progress, Santan has finally opened to the public on 3rd December 2019. Rightfully named after Malaysia’s “coconut milk”, Santan aims to reflect on purity and simplicity of ASEAN’s flavours.
