Make Crispy Fried Chicken Using Hup Seng Cream Crackers

When you’re watching your favourite Korean drama and you spot someone munching on some crunchy fried chicken, you just have the urge to call up a delivery. Don’t you? While some of us may become impatient when it comes to waiting. This time around, we have an effortless recipe that can quickly fix your cravings for crispy fried chicken. Shall we get started with the ingredients?

Ingredients (A)

  • Boneless chicken thigh
  • Hup Seng Cream Crackers

Ingredients (B) – Marinade

  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Red onion

Ingredients (C) – Seasonings

  • Oyster sauce
  • Chicken stock powder
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Tapioca Flour

Step 1: In a blender, blend all ingredients in B. Then, mix with ingredient C.

Step 2: Cut the chicken thighs into medium size. Add the chicken into the mixture and place it in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate.

Step 3: Crush Hup Seng Cream Crackers into a fine powder. Cover the marinated chicken thighs with the crushed crackers and fry. Once it turns golden brown, it’s done!
