Make Creamy Oat Crusted Egg Tarts Using Only 4 Simple Ingredients

When it comes to egg tarts, there are a few versions available for us. Be it the renowned Portuguese or Hong Kong style, it’s hard to resist a freshly baked egg tart with crusty shells and creamy custard. While it may be hard to get a fresh one nowadays, why not make your very own egg tarts? But this time around, we’ve got something better. Using only 4 ingredients, shall we get started with this oat crusted egg tart?

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 60g of milk
  • 1 bowl of oatmeals

Step 1: Begin by preheating the oven to 190°C for 5 minutes.

Step 2: In a bowl of oatmeals, add in 3 bananas and mash. Stir well together with the oatmeal.

Step 3: In an egg tart mould or cupcake wrapper, cover with some oil and add in a spoonful of the banana mixture. Use your hands to lightly press it down.

Step 4: In another bowl, crack an egg and add in milk. Beat together and pour it into the mould.

Step 5: Place the egg tarts on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 190°C for 17 minutes and it’s done!
