Ingredients*: 350g minced chicken meat, 1 big red onion (diced), 3 Tbsp Adabi Kari Ayam & Daging, 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp Ajinomoto (food seasoning), 7 eggs, Mozzarella cheese, sausage bread

Garnish: Chili sauce, mayonnaise, Thousand island sauce, sliced lettuce, sliced cabbage, sliced carrot

*This is able to make 9 to 11 servings*

Step 1: Pour in oil in hot wok and stir fry onions till brownish. Then, add in the curry powder into the wok.

Step 2: Add in the minced meat and cook till it becomes tender. When chicken is cooked, add sugar, salt, pepper and seasoning onto the meat. When it’s well stir-fried, remove meat from wok.

Step 3: In separate bowl, whip up the eggs. Then, pour in the cooked meat into the bowl and mix.

Step 4: Get the buns ready by cutting it in half and slathering on some butter/margarine.

Step 5: Melt some margarine on a flat pan and pour in 1-2 scoops of the egg mix. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top (Note: the more you add, the cheesier it is!).

Step 6: When the egg is somewhat half-cooked, place bread on top. Smash it down slightly so the egg sticks to the bread.
