Here’s How To Make This Delicious No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake That’s Perfect For Oreo Lovers

Hello, foodies! Oreo biscuits are pretty much everyone’s favourite snack. Besides eating it on its own, there’s also Oreo milkshakes and Oreo cakes. Simply put, we could make anything with those biscuits and it’ll taste good. Well, here’s an incredibly easy recipe to make Oreo Cheesecake. This cake is guaranteed to make everyone happy, especially Oreo lovers!

Make This No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake At Home Today

This slice of cake is decadent and super yummy. It is everyone’s go-to cheesecake because it makes us feel all happy when we eat it. You can find bits of Oreo cookies in the cheesecake itself and this recipe makes it with a Oreo cookie crust. Yum!

Ingredients – for crust:

  • 12 Oreo cookies (separate sugar paste to use for filling)
  • 30g unsalted butter (to melt)

Ingredients – for filling:

  • 250g cream cheese
  • Sugar paste (from 12 Oreo cookies)
  • 28g castor sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 6 Oreo cookies (break coarsely)

Ingredients – for topping:

  • 5 Oreo cookies (remove sugar paste)

Step 1: Remove sugar paste from 12 Oreo cookies. Then, crush biscuits into coarse crumbs. Set aside sugar paste for filling later.

Step 2: Melt 30g unsalted butter (about 2 tbsp) and mix together with Oreo biscuit crumbs.

Step 3: Pour Oreo crumbs into a 6-inch springform cake pan and spread evenly to form cheesecake crust. Then, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Mix 3/4 tbsp gelatine powder with a little water (at room temperature). Then, add a bit more hot water, mix well and set aside.

Step 5: Break 6 Oreo cookies into smaller pieces and set aside.

Step 6:  In a bowl (Mixture A), combine 250g cream cheese, sugar paste (from 12 Oreo cookies), 28g castor sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well until mixture takes on a smooth consistency.

Step 7: In another bowl (Mixture B), whip 200ml whipping cream using a whisk until it slightly thickens.

Step 8: Then, combine Mixture A and Mixture B. Mix well and then, add 6 Oreo cookies (from Step 5).

Step 9: Remove cake crust from refrigerator and pour filling onto it. Then, gently tap cake pan onto table to get rid of air bubbles.

Step 10: For topping, remove sugar paste from 5 Oreo cookies. Then, crush cookie into fine crumbs and pour evenly onto cheesecake.

Step 11: Wrap entire cake pan with cling wrap and secure with rubber band.

Step 12: Refrigerate overnight and let cheesecake become firm before cutting into slices. Enjoy!
