Recently rebranded hotel IDEAS KL has just launched a Ramadan dinner buffet with the theme “Nostalgia @ Café on 12”, marking the hotel’s introduction into the city’s hospitality scene. The idea of this theme stems from the nostalgic culinary journey you’re bound to experience as you break fast with your loved ones in the comforting ambience of Café on 12.
From traditionally classic Malay dishes to Western cuisine, the selection at this year’s Ramadan buffet is nothing short of impressive. Here you can find fresh seafood, leg of lamb, pizzas, kambing kashmiri and so many more. Using only the freshest ingredients, this elaborate spread is the responsibility of three chefs- Master Chef Sabri, Chef Shahril and Chef Rusmi.
