Well, Malaysia’s #1 pop music production and songwriting group, MFMF. is collaborating with myBurgerLab to make both good food and good music possible without the need to travel, from 1 November to 12 December 2021. Introducing the Rindu Trilogy Burgers!
Make Way For MFMF. x myBurgerLab The Rindu Trilogy Burgers
After a year of hard work, MFMF. is finally releasing their song trilogy ‘Rindu’, which entails stories of one-sided love and heartbreaks. What makes this already special release even better is that the trilogy is sung in three different languages; Korean, Mandarin, and Malay. The Rindu Trilogy is a mega collab between MFMF’s Brendan, Justin, and Zen, and other artists like Jimmy Brown, MAD, Gaston, Alex Ungku, and Airliftz.

In conjunction with MFMF’s comeback, myBurgerLab is releasing not one, not two, but THREE new burgers on their menu starting November 1st, 2021. The burgers were specially crafted by our burger gurus at myBurgerLab to represent each language in ‘Rindu’.

If you were a fan of the McDonald’s x BTS meal, you won’t want to stop scrolling, because this is that, but times three. This trio burger release will bring your taste buds to the land of oppas and unnis, followed by a trip to the Great Wall, and then back to Malaysia.
Part 1: The Chicky Chingu Burger
Inspired by the Korean kitchen staple, Gochujang, this burger combination of myBurgerLab’s fried chicken thigh, melted cheddar cheese, grilled pineapple ring and Korea’s sweet and tangy gochujang sauce will surely make you go 맛있다 (masitda)! The Chicky Chingu burger represents the Korean language in part one of The Rinfu Trilogy, MFMF and Jimmy Brown’s ‘그리움 (Rindu).
Availability Period: 1st November 2021 – 14th November 2021
Part 2: The Mala Madness Burger
Presenting mala hotpot, but in the form of a burger. If ma is your first name, and la is your middle name, this is the burger for you! This Sichuan land-inspired burger features mBL’s juicy fried chicken thigh coated in a generous layer of spicy mala sauce, cheddar cheese, and a grilled pineapple ring, served between mBL’s signature charcoal buns. The Mala Madness burger is crafted in honour of MFMF, Gaston, and MAD’s 意外 (Rindu) in the Chinese language.
Availability Period: 15th November 2021 – 28th November 2021
Part 3: The Percik Power Burger
If you’re ‘meh’ about Korean and Sichuan flavours and want to go Keluarga Malaysia, here’s your classic percik flavour, but with an mBL twist! Unlike the Chicky Chingu and Mala Madness burgers, the Percik Power burger comes with a grilled beef patty, topped with a creamy Percik sauce, crispy onion rings, and cheddar cheese. Mr. Percik Power is created to celebrate the final release of MFMF’s ‘Rindu’, this time sang in Malay.
Availability Period: 29th November 2021 – 12th December 2021
