When in Thailand, the only other way to enjoy fresh seafood is to dip it in Thai Seafood Sauce. This ultimate dipping sauce goes great with any kind of seafood. You name it! Grilled squid, steamed crab, and even fried fish. It’s spicy, salty, sour, and ends with a little bit of sweetness that will give you the kick you need to take your dish to the next level.
Red Thai Seafood Sauce
Ingredients:
6 pieces of red chili
1 piece of long red chili
2 pieces pf coriander root
5 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoon of lime juice
3 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon of palm sugar
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of water
Preparations:
1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a container and ready to serve.
Green Thai Seafood Sauce
Ingredients:
6 pieces of green chili
5 garlic cloves
2 pieces of coriander root
1 piece of long green chili
3 tablespoon of lime juice
3 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1/3 teaspoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of palm sugar
1 tablespoon of water
Preparations:
1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a container and ready to serve.

This dish is an absolute treasure but it is kind of a hazard as well. So when you are eating it with your hands, please remember not to touch any part of your face. It won’t feel good. But don’t let that stop you. It is still amazing and it will taste even better when you pair your meal with piping hot rice.
